All full-time staff have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or Child Development.
- Are credentialed by the Illinois Department of Human Services Bureau of Child Care and Development.
- Completed a background check prior to working with children ( All Staff )
- Hold current Pediatric CPR and First Aide certifications
